Need a programmer to code a small program in C# and deliver me project files (source files) so it can be build. It has to be done in Visual Studio. Detailed project description can be found in doc file named "ProgramExplanation". It's small and simple program. Comments in the code should be present, not too much but about more important parts. "[login to view URL]" contains a sample set that program will use. This needs to be done in a day, but I don't think any serious programmer would need more then hour to complete it.
