Hi there, Obviously, for such precision your best bet is websockets. If you don't have a very specific reason to roll your own stack from ground up without using any library and you're on .net4.5+ or .net core the best option is signalr. It'll use websockets where possible and will gracefully fall back to other methods(comet,sse, ect.) if the user's browser doesn't support websockets, all under the hood. It can handle thousands of users on a mid range server. If you can elaborate on the requirements we can further discuss the details. p.s I can share a demo based on your use case if you ping me.
