Build a Biometric Windows Frontend Loader Application

I am looking for a skilled developer to build a Biometric Windows Frontend Loader Application that supports fingerprint technology. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing biometric applications that integrate with specific software.
Requirements:
- The main functionality of the application should be identification, allowing users to accurately identify individuals using their fingerprints
- Develop a Windows application that captures a users fingerprint, compares to a database of known fingerprints, and if a match is found loads a program passing specific values (e.g. [login to view URL] -user:123 Passwod:2345).
- The software should use a MSSQL database to store biometric data.
- The user and password data will be stored in the same MSSQL Instance.
- Preferred Biometric Hardware is HID DigitalPersona 4500 Fingerprint Reader. Other options will be considered although customer already has Preferred Equipment.
- We can provide a remote test environment during the development phase of this proejct.
- This is a very urgent need. Do not big if you cannot finish this project in fourteen (14) calendar days.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Windows application development
- Experience with biometric technology, specifically fingerprint recognition. Familiarity with HID DigitalPersona 4500 Fingerprint Reader is a definite asset.
