Auto FTP up-loader to upload files from windows 7 to cpanel FTP.

I need a windows 7 , 64 bit software which can upload my mp3 recordings from:
AppData\Local\R
to --->
ftp:skypecalls/pc_name/2016/4/28
so these are total 5 pre-created directories by me.
the software will send data to it's date . it will automatically check today date.
