Twitter Class

I want someone to use Twitter rest API 1.1 using OAuth to come up with a TwitterManager Class which has Certain methods like ... 1) GetTrends to get the top trends based on location parse them into a collection , 2) Tweet messages from a profile whose OAUTH credentials are used. 3) Get Tweets based on user profiles. The code should have functionality to switch between different credentials (i.e. have multiple credentials in [login to view URL]). The End result i would expect would be a Console app/TestHarness with [login to view URL] class, OAuth Class for all the twitter API OAUTH headers and a [login to view URL] which has the main() and which shows a demo. My Budget is between 50$ to 70$.
