We need a Virtual Try-on application that loads a 3D model (FBX) on runtime and shows it with various clothes. The application should be able to show the 3D model dressed in a realistic manner with high quality. In addition, a heat map view should show how well a dress fits the given avatar. The cloth should be as realistic as possible. Functions to change the dress should also be added. The application should ideally also contain multiple backgrounds.

The FBX models are rigged with skeleton and skinweights but do not contain animations. The workflow will be : 3d scan -> naked model -> Virtual Tryon Application. The application will load the 3D model on runtime after starting, therefore it cannot be baked into the Unity/Unreal project. After loading, the 3D model will need to be animated and clothes need to be attached.
The input FBX characters may differ in height and proportions.
At the end of the project, we will get the Unreal/Unity project with code and copyright.
