The problem you have described is very easy to solve. Please provide more information on whether you want to call a C/C++ function from Python or you would like to have a standalone C code. Thanks

1. A c file will be created - with a function to lower the ascii value of each characters in the string. This will keep doing until it hit '\0'. 2. A wrapper function will be created PyObject * This will return NULL if the user hasn't passed any value. 3. We will have a pyMethodDef to return the values. ## Testing We will do a testing of the code by creating a python file and importing the module. ## A short readMe and comments in the code so that user can understand what is done.
