I need a C programmer to create new open source program that uses fractals (self-replicating, non-Euclidian, geometric figures, like a tree, sea shell, snow flake, the intestines, etc.) to send messages, like vector graphics that take up very little bandwidth. Study Mandelbrot equations. Think of a tree trunk above and below ground, growing into two shorter branches and roots, then three smaller ones, etc. if you see the pattern. The goal is to use a random number generator to determine new nimber of "nodes" (like branches and roots) and size of node, as the branch, for example, occupies 2D bitmap space as a final gif image. There will be a time or node replication-rate limit for a final gif file that will be unique, modified on frequent but random time intervals to make final file as unique as impossible to hack.
