Implement Scientific Research Paper Algorithm in C/C++

Can anyone help me with implementing the Research paper “A Fast Asymmetric Extremum Content Defined Chunking Algorithm for Data Deduplication in Backup Storage Systems”.

It implemented chunking algorithm (AE, AE_opt1 and AE_opt2).

Chunking Algorithm for Data Deduplication in cloud Storage. Data Deduplication is technique to remove redundant data from incoming data stream. Deduplication has four stages, namely 1] Chunking 2] Fingerprinting 3] Indexing and 4] Writing. I am working on chunking algorithm. Chunking is use to process incoming chunks and splits them into small chunks (using variable chunking). There are many algorithm available for chunking, namely AE, TTTD, MAXP, Rabin etc. My aim is to develop an efficient chunking algorithm and evaluate the chunking algorithm for finding results and for comparing their performance. For evaluating it uses different data sets (open-source, VMDK, bench etc.) I have uploaded some algorithm papers, go through it. I am working on AE algorithm see attach document for more information.
