I am looking for an avaya ip office freelancer to carry out some programming on my system. I need the following done.
1. Voicemail turned off for all ddis in the day ( i already have a working time profile set which is after hours.
2. I need to be able to divert a single ddi to an external number with the option of having this divert if not answered within 5 seconds in my office or instantly after hours. I also need to be able to adjust this to maybe only divert on saturdays etc.
3. I need my call stacking options increases to show more incoming calls at the same time on my screen
4. I need the software settings backed up to a file which i can then back up myself extrenaly
