Panoramic web camera

Using between 3 and 5 ps3eye cameras I need to make a live panoramic movie that stitches all of the video feeds from the camera and creates one large video. Basically it can be thought of as a panoramic movie.

This can be accomplished using the opencv library. They already have a demo on how to stitch a number of images into one large panoramic image. The way I envision this working is to have a calibration step that finds the homography between the cameras. Then once the cameras are calibrated the stitching can be performed realtime as the video is recording.

Also I would love this project to work for linux, but as far as I can tell, the multi-camera drivers for the ps3eye are only available for windows and not linux nor osx. [url removed, login to view]

As far as the Gui is concerned. Using highgui included with opencv is fine. I would like the space bar to toggle between record and stop. The file name of the recorded video can just be a time stamp.

This can be done with ffmpeg (C++ or command line). But the problem will windows (connect web camera)
