Interactive Brokers Historical Data Request c++

Anyone who knows about requesting historical data from Interactive Brokers knows it can be tricky. I need a programmer experienced with the IB API to write a function that properly request data from IB(complying with pacing violations and data limits), based on the parameters I provide. I wish I could disclose all my source code and you could just fix it, but unfortunately I can only show a few functions so you will need to look at the parameters and make your code in another stand-alone app, then I will just drop your source code into my main app. Here are the IB data limitations: <[login to view URL]> Please give a general bid for making a function that complies with these restrictions, and then I will share more details and you can give exact bid.
