Mac OS VPN connection client

I need a VPN connection software similar to this one but it will be for Mac OSX:

I need the Mac version of this software with the same functionality.

In simple software does this:

1- User enters username and password

2- User chooses the server address

3- Software makes a PPTP VPN connection to the given address using builtin Mac OSX PPTP VPN client.

4- Software reads server addresses from an external URL.

My maximum budget for this is $100. So please bid reasonably.
