Transmit UDP data via multiple internet connections

We already have our own UDP transmit software that can use a single internet connection to transmit data at high data rates via UDP. Now we want to add the ability to use multiple internet connections at the source, and then receive the data at a signal destination.

We need application to transmit realtime data using UDP protocol, with multiple internet connections to single RX internet connection, with 0% packet loss with the lowest possible latency.

The end goal of the project is to enable many many USB Cellular modems to achieve a high level of throughput via UDP and TCP.

You will work with my existing team to understand how we do this today and you will get a remote test environment to implement.

Please don't waste time by bidding for this if you don't know how to work in C. I will report wasteful bids as fake/spam.

I will put the entire project into milestone, and only when we have a completed code that will work, is when it will be release. If you show good skills and you can work quickly, you will get the opportunity to work full time with my team.
