The goal is to stream the output of a user's soundcard to a RTMP server via a Java applet.
Since capturing the sound card's output is not possible with Java (loopback devices, Windows Stereo Mix, etc. are no options) this has to be done with a JNI or JNA library.
Your task is to write a JNA/JNI library which uses a C/C++ library which captures the output of a user-choosen sound card and make it available to the Java application.
In the Java application we'll take the signal and use a RTMP client to transmit it to a server - that part is not object of this project.
It is favorable to use an existing C++ library for capturing the audio - it can be a commercial library, too.

Hi, We have good experience with JNI. Prior we worked with Bloomberg API to integrate it with our Java application. NOTE : You have to sign your applet to access such devices. Regards.
