I need electronics for controlling a DC motor.
The motor (12V car Wiper motor) is via gears connected to potentiometer. The two buttons (up/down) should move the motor to specified position (1V, 2V, 3V, 4V) on the potentiometer. All the inputs/outputs and power supply are 12V.
The inputs should be ESD protected and the driving the motor must stop if the motor doesn't reach position in certain time (overload protection)
Motor: 12V max 3A, car wiper motor with gears

This is my first post on freelancer and I am delighted that you are interested in it.
My initial description was not so detailed so there was a lot of questions.
What I need is a "BOX" that would control my "DC Servo motor" by pressing buttons UP/DOWN. The ENABLE button must also be activated in order to work. The electronics must be placed in a enclosure with connection terminals.
I will not ship you any hardware or debugging tools. It is up to you to acquire all the electronic parts.
The microcontroller must be Atmel Mega series programmed in C/C++ or BASCOM not Arduino IDE.
For H-bridge driver L298 or similar can be used. (peak current at least 2.5A)
