The project for which i require coding and design is to be carried out in C language and MATLAB. The project is called Space Time Turbo Coding for Mobile Communication. The purpose of the project is just to show that Space Time Turbo Codes perform better than there counterparts. The final output is to just to show the aboe said codes are better than other techniques(eg. normal turbo codes and normal signal without any coding). The project has to be completed by 02/08/2004 without fail.
I am attching a paper which gives an insight about turbo codes, but its not compulsory that you use same techniques to implement the project. You can apply any available techniques to get the out, which is show just to show the performance of above said codes.
