I need a business plan for providing online educational services in India. The business will have tie ups with leading institutes like IIT's, IIM's and other major institutes. A wide variety of the courses will be provided including humanities, social sciences, bio technology, robotics, computer programming and whole lot of subject areas. Video and online materials will be provided to the students on payment for each course. Monthly and Annual subscriptions are available, while some of the courses provided for free. The courses will have various levels like beginner, Intermediate and Advanced. A small part of the beginner course will be offered for free like a trial. As the trail will finishes, the student will be required to make an online payment to finish the course. Upon on successful completion of the course, the student will have the option to take a test which has designed by the Institute/Professor. Upon clearing the examination, the student will be able to get a certificate for the course. This will be free of cost for paid courses. But for free courses, the examination and certificate are available only upon payment. Hence, the website will have payment gateway integration preferably with pay pal. Students who have cleared the advanced levels and earned a certificate with high grades will be contacted and given an opportunity to teach the beginner level course. To enable the students to benefit from the certificate provided by us, we also plan to have tie ups with businesses and consulting firms who can hire the certified students.
