i will provide 5 year historic financials in Excel (hard coded), and want to develop a 10 year forecasting model with the following guidelines:
1. 3 statements, BS, IS, and CS
2. Revenue line links to a hypothetical volume and price, plus the ability to increase each
3. All IS assumptions bottom up and not based on margins
4. Depreciation and amortization based on hypothetical asset schedual, with assumptions on useful life and net movment in asset value year on year
5. include ability to have minimum cash balance and revolver
6. incluede ability to inject equity in the business and payout dividends
7. include ability to add debt, based on debt to equity ratio assumption, and where debt assumptions can be flexible e.g. tenor, rate, prepayments etc.
8. after cashflows, include FCF to firm and equity calculations
9. include netdebt calculations
10. include major ratios calcluations
11. include circular buster switch
12. inude IRR and NPV cashflows and returns
13. standard model color coding, hard coded assumptions, blue font yellow background etc.
14. model must balance
15. Business is egg production, biological assets are laying hens, raw material include veterinary inputs and chicken feed
