Freelance Business Development Partner – Fintech (Mumbai / Pune) Project Type: Ongoing / Freelance Location: Mumbai & Pune (Field-based, in-person client meetings required) Engagement: Commission-based, flexible hours Industry: Fintech / Financial Services / BFSI About AlphaQuark AlphaQuark is a complete fintech platform built for SEBI-registered Research Analysts (RAs) and Investment Advisors (RIAs). We provide end-to-end tools — compliance management, model portfolio construction, algorithmic retail trading, AI-powered market reports, and broker connectivity — all in one platform. We are growing fast and looking for a motivated freelance BD partner based in Mumbai or Pune who can help us reach the right clients on the ground. What You Will Do Identify and reach out to SEBI-registered Research Analysts and Investment Advisors in Mumbai and Pune Set up and conduct introductory meetings and product demo calls (we will join for the close) Build and maintain relationships with prospects and onboarded clients Communicate client requirements and feedback back to our team Follow up consistently to move leads through the pipeline What We Are Looking For Based in Mumbai or Pune with the ability to travel locally for meetings Prior experience in financial services, broking, wealth management, or fintech sales — even 2 year is sufficient Existing network among RAs, IFAs, or investment professionals is a strong advantage Strong communication skills — you can hold a professional conversation with a SEBI-registered practitioner Self-driven and comfortable working on a commission structure without daily supervision Compensation This is a fully commission-based engagement with strong earning potential: Per client onboarded / deal closed: INR 15,000 – 20,000 Client retention bonus (at 6 months): INR 5,000 – 8,000 Our onboarding ticket size is INR 2,00,000+. A single closure more than covers a strong monthly income. There is no cap on earnings.
