You will enter on a clear career track—Business Coordinator today, with defined milestones that unlock advancement to Business Associate, Business Strategist Manager, and ultimately Business Development Director. Every level comes with expanded revenue share and leadership responsibilities, so your performance directly shapes both your earnings and your role. Deliverables I expect in the initial 30 days: • A concise promotional calendar outlining daily social posts, email drops, and offline networking touchpoints. • Creative asset briefs or mock-ups ready for my design team to finalise. • Weekly performance snapshots summarising reach, engagement, and conversions, plus next-step optimisations. Success will be measured on measurable sales growth, community expansion, and the strategic insights you bring to scale our marketplace.
