To keep everyone aligned, I need clear, data-backed reporting on pipeline growth, deal stage, and revenue forecasts, all maintained in a shared CRM. Because our service line is strictly software development and IT consulting, I’m counting on you to screen prospects carefully so we spend time only on opportunities we can truly deliver. Deliverables: • A 90-day business development plan with target sectors and outreach tactics • A continuously updated CRM showing at least 20 new qualified leads per month • Weekly status reports summarizing activities, meetings, and next actions • A minimum of three closed deals in the first quarter that fit our technical scope Success will be measured by pipeline health, conversion rate, and closed revenue.
