We are hiring a Sales & Business Development Executive for our AI-powered digital accessibility and compliance company. Our company helps organizations make their websites, mobile apps, documents, and digital platforms accessible and aligned with standards such as WCAG, ADA, Section 508, EAA, and other global accessibility requirements. Our AI-enabled platform helps identify accessibility issues, generate reports, recommend fixes, and support ongoing compliance. Responsibilities: - Generate new B2B leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, networking, and partnerships - Sell accessibility audits, remediation services, AI-powered compliance tools, and monitoring solutions - Identify companies at risk of digital accessibility non-compliance - Schedule and conduct client discovery calls and product/service demos - Prepare proposals, follow up with prospects, and close deals - Build relationships with enterprises, SaaS companies, e-commerce businesses, education institutions, healthcare organizations, and government contractors - Maintain a sales pipeline and report weekly progress Requirements: - Experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, IT services sales, or compliance consulting sales - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to independently generate leads and close deals - Comfortable using LinkedIn, CRM tools, email campaigns, and cold outreach - Interest in AI, digital accessibility, compliance, or enterprise software Preferred: - Experience selling accessibility, compliance, cybersecurity, SaaS, AI, web development, or IT consulting services - Understanding of WCAG, ADA, Section 508, or digital compliance is a plus For more details about the company, services, target market, and compensation structure, please feel free to reach out to us directly.
