I am seeking an experienced and articulate professional to communicate with a client over the phone to address and clarify issues raised in an email regarding a project in cybersecurity. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of English and the ability to assertively and respectfully present counterarguments to the client's concerns.
Understanding the concerns raised by the client in a received email.
Preparing counterarguments and clarifications to address the client's concerns.
Communicating over the phone with the client to present the counterarguments and clarifications.
Maintaining professionalism and respect during interactions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
Knowledge in Cybersecurity is preferred.
Ability to understand and address concerns related to project details, invoicing, and payment terms.
