Hiring Alert | OpenText VIM Consultant Location: Pune Work Mode: Onsite WFO: All 5 Days Work from Office Experience: 8+ Years Engagement: Contract Role: OpenText VIM Consultant Role Overview We are looking for an experienced OpenText VIM Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in OpenText Vendor Invoice Management, invoice workflow, approval design, SAP AP process, configurations, integrations, enhancements, testing, and implementation activities. The ideal candidate should have 8 years of hands-on experience, preferably with 2 or more end-to-end implementation cycles on OpenText VIM, along with strong experience in requirement gathering, business blueprint workshops, configuration, testing, and functional documentation. Key Responsibilities Gather business requirements and provide OpenText VIM functional solutions Conduct Business Blueprint design workshops Prepare functional gap analysis and solution documentation Configure OpenText VIM system based on business requirements Work on VIM Invoice Capture Center / Business Capture Center Configure and support IES, Barcoding, OpenText Archive Server, and VIM integrations Work on SAP AP, AR, GL integration and external application integrations such as Ariba Handle complex enhancements in OpenText VIM — Vendor Invoice Management Design and configure invoice workflow approval process Configure Process Type determination sequence for different document types Configure and manage exception handling scenarios Present and configure VIM workflow scenarios Work on Standard VIM Reports and custom report designing Support testing, troubleshooting, and post-implementation activities Prepare functional specifications, configuration rationale, and project-related documents Required Skills 8 years of hands-on experience in OpenText VIM Preferably 2 or more end-to-end implementation cycles on OpenText VIM Strong experience in requirement gathering, designing, configuring, and testing Experience in Business Blueprint workshops and functional gap analysis Sound knowledge of OpenText VIM configurations Experience in Invoice Capture Center / Business Capture Center Experience in IES, Barcoding, and OpenText Archive Server Integration experience with SAP AP, AR, GL, and external applications such as Ariba Experience in OpenText VIM workflow approval design Experience in Process Type determination sequence for different document types Experience in exception handling configuration Knowledge of Standard VIM Reports and custom report designing Experience in writing functional specifications and configuration rationale Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Skills Good understanding of SAP AP process EDI knowledge will be preferable Experience in contract-based assignments Experience working in onsite delivery model Immediate joiners / short notice candidates preferred
