Hi I have a small job with some business legal questions for the United States. I would like to know the answers to these questions: 1. Can a bank account belonging to a single member LLC in New Mexico or Wyoming be garnished/levied by a creditor for a personal debt that was incurred AFTER the LLC was formed(with a judgement granted also AFTER the LLC was formed)? *Assume The LLC in Question is a Shelf Company That Was Purchased by the Owner Recently* Would the creditor need to go through a process to pierce the corporate veil and how difficult would it be? 2. Is the account in the business' name or individuals name? Anything that the court deemed liable the llc is required to pay. Loophole, bankrupt your llc and pay 100 bucks to establish a new one. Relevant Skills and Experience I owned an llc, no one took us to court, but I learned everythibg I. Coutd to protect my creative ownership and accounts
