This is a narrow, jurisdiction specific compliance tool that someone with direct REScheck track record will navigate faster and with lower risk of validation errors. If you are open to a freelancer who can learn the software properly using your architectural drawings, window and door schedules, and insulation specs as reference, I am willing to take this on with full transparency about the learning curve.
