colorize an architectural drawing of the exterior of a building

Job Description:

Need to colorize and put landscaping on an architectural drawing of apartment building for use in marketing the project to investors. Attached is an example of the architectural drawing i can provide and also 2 examples of colorizations I have had done in the past. I would provide information on the materials/colors I need to see on the final project. Adding sidewalks, background landscaping etc to make it look realistic.
