Hello Ms. Kern,
My name is Olivia. I am looking to convert my sister’s basement into a living space for me. The basement is about 600 sq ft (My very rough estimate). I would like to convert it in to a basement apartment, featuring a living room/kitchen area, a bathroom, bedroom and closet. Her home is located in the Mt. Airy/West Oak Lane section of Philadelphia. The space is egress, with a exit door in the back.
