Recherche architecte dessinateur pour préparer un dossier de permis de bâtir (uniquement partie dessin!) concernant la rénovation d'une petite maison entre mitoyens (Rez= +/- 50m²).
Sur base d'un relevé métrique, de photos de la situation existante et de croquis à main levée de la situation projetée, le prestataire devra remettre au propre les plans (rez + 1 étage), coupes, façades (2) de la situation existante et de la situation projetée, ainsi que les plans nécessaire pour une demande de permis de batir (implantation, cadastre, égouttage/fondation, etc).
