Job Description:
We are looking for vibrant presentation ,brochure, Logo and stationary design. It's a technical work basically deals with water pumps and its operational efficiency. The total number of slides may go up to 30-35 . We have few references presentations/write ups , but these are far far below our expectations. We are looking really for world class International quality work with pictures, graphics and relevant write ups.
We want to finalise the agency with due competition among the contenders.
The following will be the process of final selection of the agency.
1. First we will select 3 agencies simultaneously to work on the Presentation, logo and stationary design . We will give them seven days time to give us their final work . Each will be paid Rs.10000 /- for their efforts.
2. Once we receive these their work we will select two out of these three . We will share all the three Presentation, logo and stationary design with these two selected agencies with our comments and suggestions. We will give them seven days time to give us their revised final work . Each will be paid Rs.10000/- for their efforts.
3. Once we receive their work, we will select one final agency out of these two . We will share the other Presentation, logo and stationary design with the final selected agency with our comments and suggestions. We will give them 15 days time to give us their revised final work. Once we have finalised the presentations, the agency has to design brouchure on similar line. On finalisation of presentation Presentation, logo and stationary design will pay Rs. 12000/- and on finalisation of brochure design we will pay additional Rs. 5000/-
Once both brochure and presentation is finalised the agency has to design interactive website for the same [login to view URL] this we will pay additional Rs. 10000/-
During course of finalisation of brochure /presentation/Website/ logo and stationary design there may be lot of changes in content, addition/deletion of slides based on the final lay out. Agency should be open for multiple change /improvement.
If the final work comes beyond our expectations, we will further give a Bonus of Rs. 5000/- to the agency and will also give him other assignment of valuing not less than 25,000/-
