I need a pet health record created for my business
Budget $15-25 CAD / heure
I am a dog breeder and i am looking to create a puppy health record to send home with my dogs. That includes their info, microchip, vaccine etc.
I would like to use some of my photos of my dogs inside
it would like it in a brochure tri fold, it would have charts inside for vaccines, i attached a few pictures of ones i have been currently using for inspiration.
