We are looking for a Branding and Marketing Consultant with a proven track record in Strategic Marketing and Brand Management, particularly in consumer businesses to help us craft a brand strategy for our Beauty consumer brand in India. The ideal freelancer will possess deep expertise in retail, business-to-consumer marketing, product management, channel programs, and corporate marketing. We prefer a candidate who is based out of India and has experience in branding and marketing for beauty in India. The

Develop and execute a comprehensive branding strategy for our new product, covering all aspects of brand management.

Lead the development of brand purpose, ensuring alignment with our company's values and objectives.

Conduct in-depth target audience development to identify and connect with our core customer base.

Conduct competitor research to gain insights into market trends and identify opportunities for differentiation.

Define the brand's voice and personality, ensuring consistency in all communications and touchpoints.

Craft a compelling brand message and storytelling that resonates with our audience.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and implementation of brand strategies.

Proven track record as a Branding & Marketing Consultant, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.

Demonstrated expertise in retail, business-to-consumer marketing, product management, channel programs, and corporate marketing.

Experience in navigating and re-positioning brands in the "Reputation Economy."

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effective
