Luxury Yacht Marketplace UX/Product Lead

We are building VELAIRE — a premium global yacht charter marketplace designed to modernise the luxury yacht booking experience. This is NOT just a design role. We are looking for someone who understands: ● Luxury digital experiences ● Marketplace UX ● Premium branding ● Mobile-first booking journeys ● Startup MVP execution ● Customer psychology Initial responsibilities include: ● Homepage UX strategy ● Yacht listing experience ● Search/filter flow ● Booking inquiry journey ● Mobile-first experience ● Luxury visual direction ● Operator onboarding flow ● Marketplace structure ● Coordination with developers/designers ● Product strategy and MVP planning The initial platform will likely use: ● Framer or Webflow ● Stripe ● HubSpot ● WhatsApp integration The goal is to launch a highly polished luxury MVP quickly before scaling further. Ideal candidates should have experience with: ● Luxury travel ● Hospitality ● Premium ecommerce ● Marketplace platforms ● Concierge/lifestyle brands Strong visual taste is essential.
