Modern Minimalist Cafe Interior

I need a complete interior design concept for my café. The brief is straightforward: it must be firmly modern in style, and the overall palette should feel minimalist—clean, understated and uncluttered rather than loud or rustic. The space is already leased and I have basic floor-plan dimensions ready to share once we start. From you I’d like a full concept package that takes me from mood board through to layout and final visuals. Typical tools such as SketchUp, AutoCAD or 3ds Max are fine; use whichever lets you deliver precise plans and photorealistic renders. Key deliverables I’ll review: • Mood board that captures the minimalist modern theme • Scaled layout showing seating, service counter and circulation • Material and lighting specifications (fixtures, finishes, colour codes) • At least three high-resolution 3D renders covering main vantage points • Source files and a printable PDF presentation Drawings and renders should clearly indicate furniture dimensions so I can hand them straight to my contractor.
