The real challenge is the pickled scorer: pickle files pin the exact Python and library versions, so the model often fails to load on a fresh AWS environment unless the runtime is matched. A common issue: the CSV passes validation but a column rename silently breaks the scorer, and the run finishes with empty results. My approach: first, lock the Python and library versions around the pickled scorer and test it end to end with one CSV. Then, build the ingestion and database layer with validation, timestamps and admin upload, and wire the front end with filters, reports and charts. Finally, deploy on AWS with HTTPS, autoscaling and backups, run OWASP ZAP and Lighthouse, and record the walk-through. I've worked with Python and Database Management on data apps like this, so I watch for model runs that succeed but write zero rows.
