Key Responsibilities: Receive daily/weekly invoice photos and extract the required data. Update the "Sales & Bill Details" sheet (logging Bill Number, Date, Customer Name, Quantity, Total Amount, Due Amount, etc.). Update the "Cash Flow" sheet (tracking Cash In from sales, Cash Out for expenses or weekly owner withdrawals, and calculating Current Cash on Hand). Accurately track partial payments (Paid 1, Paid 2) and due balances for customers. Provide a quick weekly summary of total sales and remaining cash on hand. Requirements: Know Arabic Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or exact data entry. Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. High attention to detail—financial accuracy is the most important factor for me. Ability to deliver updates within 12 hours of receiving the photos. Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality.
