Login + booking form + history of orders

Hello, please read everything after submit a proposal !! Needs to be done by 1 day maximum!
So its like this , i need a login page , booking page , history page (its need to look like ana application which is connected to the site) it will be different header and different footer.
private clients which I manually will make, they enter my website everything is normal no log in no registration of course..
Just a button on the header which says “ entrance for clients” they click on it and it will opens for them a page where they need to log In with a username and password which i will give.. after they logs in it will redirects them automatically to the page (only members which are logged in can enter) which has menu logo and details of the logged in user which is his username and a button for signing out and getting back to the site, the menu needs to be : 1- booking form 2- history of the users bookings , also the booking form needs to save all the bookings from the clients where I can see them in the end of the month in my backend and also sends an email notification by every order submit and give the client his order number after submitting for checking in the future by the history..
And the history needs to have an option for searching the orders by : today/last week/last month/by date/by order number..
