Hello, I am very interested in this project and bring nearly 10 years of experience in bid and tender management, with strong expertise in public procurement, compliance, financial guarantees, and contract documentation, including international-level operations. I worked for almost a decade at Pottencial Seguradora S.A., one of Brazil’s largest surety and guarantee insurance companies, supporting end-to-end tender processes — from RFP analysis and compliance mapping to financial proposal support, guarantees monitoring and deadline control. My experience includes: Detailed review of tender documents and RFPs Management of bank guarantees / EMD-equivalent instruments Coordination with Finance, Legal, Sales and Technical teams Preparation and validation of financial and commercial information Structured tracking of tenders, guarantees and deadlines Although my background was developed in Brazil, I work with structured tender frameworks and digital government platforms, which allows me to quickly adapt to portals such as GeM and international procurement environments.
