Logo Design and Banner for a Consulting Service

I need a logo & 2 banners designed for my company. The name of the company is “Termination Nation” and we counsel both employees and managers as they consider ending the employment relationship with each other. We provide confidential telephone or in-person consultation.
For the Logo:
I already have a concept in mind:
I would like a silhouette of a person with a few question marks around their head, looking at a door which has a sign on it or above it saying the word “EXIT.” The words “Termination Nation” should also be included somewhere in the logo.
Logo should be:
1. Clean and uncomplicated that it can be made smaller or larger without losing detail.
2. Should work also in black and white (e.g., faxes, photocopies).
3. Should use the colors Saddlebrown (8B4513), Indigo (4B0082), and Goldenrod (DAA520)
4. The final logo should be in at least the following formats i.e. (GIF and JPG at 72dpi for web), vector files which can easily be resized & used for printing purposes, high resolution image *.TIFF, *.EPS in RGB. Other files include *.PSD and *.BMP bitmap images. Logo design provided for web & print usage should all be 300 DPI (.GIF, .JPG, .AI, .EPS and .TIFF). Should be provided in different sizes, i.e. large, medium and small. Greyscale Version Required for Faxes etc.
The logo must be 100% unique and use no pictures, clip-art etc. and the source files and copyright will belong to me after payment for the winning logo.
Please bid honestly, and show me your watermarked logos either through a URL or by uploading them to the PMB! I would like to see the drafts of this actual project before I will select the provider.
For the Banners:
I also will need a button-sized banner containing the logo. Size of banner required is 120X90 . Tagline should be: Got Workplace Issues?
The second banner should be sized 468 X 60. Tagline should be: Providing Solutions, Eliminating The Fear & Empowering You To Make The Right Decision
Payment will be made through GAF or PayPal. Invoice required. The project will end when the desired logo will be uploaded. Be Creative and thank you for participating!
