Our dessert-driven startup is preparing its first menu and I am searching for an artisan baker who truly follows global trends, knows how to plate for social media, and can turn bold ideas into consistent, scalable recipes. The core of the launch will revolve around chocolate desserts, but I also want to feature crowd-pleasers such as cheesecakes, churros and fluffy pancakes, all presented with a modern, “wow-factor” finish. You will work with me on recipe R&D, small-batch production for pop-ups, and eventual scale-up for online sales. Expect to experiment with single-origin couvertures, layered textures, and on-trend techniques like mirror glazing, brûléed toppings, or smoked infusions. Cost control and shelf-life testing matter just as much as flavour and looks. Deliverables 1. A concise menu draft (5–7 items) highlighting one signature chocolate dessert. 2. Three fully tested prototype recipes, including photos, ingredient weights, method, plating notes and per-portion cost. 3. A brief production plan outlining equipment needs and daily output you can achieve in a shared commercial kitchen. Send a detailed project proposal that explains your creative process, previous chocolate-focused creations, required lead time, and how you would structure collaboration during the first four weeks.
