Portrait Background Removal Needed

I have a set of portrait photos that need the backgrounds stripped out cleanly while keeping every hair edge and natural skin tone intact. The task is strictly background removal—no color grading or retouching—so I’m looking for someone who is fast, accurate, and comfortable working with people shots. Please let me know: • the file format you prefer to receive the originals in (RAW, TIFF, high-res JPEG) • whether you will return the finished portraits on transparent PNG, a solid color, or both • a realistic turnaround time for the first batch once you see a sample file I’ll share a small test image right after we start so I can review edge quality before sending the full set. Once the sample meets expectations, I’ll hand over the remaining portraits and we’ll move forward.
