Logo Background Transparency Needed

I have a logo saved only as a JPEG. Please remove the entire background so the background is completely transparent and return it to me as a JPEG and PNG. No partial masking is necessary—the whole backdrop goes—just keep the logo itself sharp and intact. A same-size, high-resolution PNG without color shifts or compression artefacts is all I need. Quick turnaround appreciated, as this is the last piece before final artwork can be published.
