SwiftDocks Logistics is seeking an experienced B2B sales professional to manage the full sales process for warehouse service packages tailored to importers and freight forwarders operating at the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach. SwiftDocks will provide the initial prospect list, service information, approved pricing, and sales materials. Responsibilities: - Cold-call and reach logistics decision-makers. - Qualify customer warehouse needs (container volume, cargo type, frequency, challenges). - Present our 6-month, 1-year, or 5-year service packages. - Handle objections and negotiate within approved terms. - Follow up persistently to secure commitments. - Deliver all finalized deals to the owner for final contract processing. Key Deliverable: Commitment-ready customers with clear agreement terms. This opportunity includes: - A guaranteed paid trial through Freelancer (fixed price) covering documented calls and follow-up activities. - A lucrative commission of 12% on collected revenue for every customer brought successfully to contract (paid after client approval and verification). Requirements: - Proven expertise in full-cycle B2B sales, including cold calling, qualifying leads, handling objections, negotiating, and closing deals. - Relevant experience in logistics or supply-chain industries preferred. - Excellent spoken English, U.S. business hours availability, reliable call tracking/reporting.
