Premium Tea B2B Sales Specialist

I need an experienced B2B sales professional who already knows how to place premium tea into hospital supply chains and can show a track record of closing those institutional accounts. Your main focus will be winning contracts within hospitals—navigating procurement, presenting the product’s health-forward story, and getting repeat orders in place. Alongside hospitals, I also want to deepen our presence in cafes and boutique hotels. For cafes in particular, I’m after someone who has physically supplied products before and understands how to keep baristas and owners happy with reliable deliveries, tight margins, and consistent quality. Building those relationships will involve two very concrete tasks: • Contract negotiation – drafting or refining supply agreements so both parties are clear on volumes, pricing tiers, and reorder schedules. • Product sampling & demonstrations – organising tastings or staff trainings that convert interest into signed purchase orders. You’ll be free to use your own network, but I expect a concise plan on how you will approach targets, timetable initial meetings, and move from sampling to signed contracts. Weekly progress updates and clear KPIs (leads opened, demos booked, contracts closed) will be part of our working rhythm.
