Project type: Freelance / Remote Payment model: Outcome-based – paid per qualified lead I run a whistleblower hotline and corporate compliance services business and need an experienced B2B lead generation freelancer to help me consistently generate qualified leads from target companies. You will be given clear guidance on: • Target sectors and company profiles • Regions / countries to focus on • Types of decision makers to reach (CHROs, Heads of Internal Audit, Risk, Governance, Compliance, etc.) All outreach will be done via our official company email (I will set this up for you). What you’ll do - • Research and build lists of target companies and decision makers using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, and other lead research tools. • Find and verify work email IDs and basic firmographic details (industry, size, role, location). • Send thoughtful, template-based but customized outreach emails and follow-ups from our domain. • Generate qualified leads, which means: • The right persona (CHRO / Head of Internal Audit / Risk / Governance / Compliance, etc.). • From the agreed type of company. • Has shown interest (e.g., replied positively, agreed to hear more, or is open to a call). • Log all outreach and responses in a simple shared sheet/CRM. Must-have experience • Previous projects in B2B lead generation / outbound email campaigns, preferably in professional services, SaaS, HR, or compliance-related offerings. • Comfortable using tools such as LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter, Snov, or similar for prospecting and email finding. • Very good written English and professional tone in emails. • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow a process. Nice-to-have • Experience generating leads for HR, governance, risk, or compliance solutions. • Familiarity with CRMs and basic reporting. How you’ll be paid • This is pay per outcome: you will be paid per qualified lead that meets the agreed criteria. • Optional bonuses for leads that convert into booked meetings or paying clients.
