Job Title: Japan-Based Partnership Development Representative (Freelance / Part-Time) Program: Samurai of India (Workforce Mobility Initiative ) About the Role Samurai of India is building a structured India–Japan workforce mobility collaboration platform. We are seeking a Japan-based freelance professional to conduct outbound calls to RSOs, staffing companies, and workforce mobility organizations in Japan. The objective of this role is to introduce the initiative, assess partnership interest, and secure meetings with decision-makers. Key Responsibilities 1. Conduct structured outbound calls to Japan-based RSOs and staffing firms. 2. Deliver a clear and professional introduction of Samurai of India. 3. Qualify partnership potential and workforce mobility requirements. 4. Book meetings with relevant senior stakeholders. 5. Position the initiative as a long-term workforce mobility enablement partner. 6. Maintain call logs and provide structured feedback. Candidate Requirements 1. Native Japanese speaker or JLPT N2 minimum (mandatory). 2. Professional working proficiency in English (mandatory). 3. Prior experience in B2B sales, staffing, or workforce mobility preferred. 4. Strong communication skills and understanding of Japanese business etiquette. 5. Based in Japan. 6. Available 25–35 hours per month. ### Compensation 1. Monthly retainer: ¥50,000–¥60,000. 2. Performance incentive per confirmed meeting (to be discussed). Engagement Terms 1. Freelance/independent contractor engagement. 2. Initial 2-week trial period. 3. Leads and structured script will be provided.
