I am looking for an independent B2B sales agent or business development partner to help identify and close opportunities for custom internal management systems and ERP-style software projects. This is not a salaried position. I am looking for a commission-based commercial partner who already works with small and mid-sized businesses in Mexico or Latin America and has experience selling B2B services, technology, consulting or operational solutions. What we offer: * Custom ERP-style systems adapted to each company’s real processes. * Inventory and warehouse management. * Purchases, suppliers and expense control. * Sales, orders and customer management. * Project and field-service tracking. * Property management. * Cash management, reports and dashboards. * User permissions, traceability and administrative automation. * Integrations with accounting tools and external services. Ideal profile: * Independent B2B sales agent, commercial representative or business developer. * Existing network of small and mid-sized companies. * Experience speaking with business owners, directors or operations managers. * Ability to identify operational problems such as disconnected spreadsheets, lack of inventory control, fragmented processes or poor visibility across branches. * Comfortable with consultative sales. * Mexico and Latin America are the main focus, but strong candidates from other regions are also welcome. How the collaboration works: * You identify and qualify potential clients. * I handle the technical diagnosis, scope definition, proposal, development, implementation and support. * You may participate only as a referral partner or manage the full commercial process, depending on your experience and network. * Compensation is commission-based and paid after the client has paid the corresponding project invoice. Indicative commission structure: * 4% for a referred contact that becomes a signed and paid project. * 6% for a qualified meeting with a decision-maker that becomes a signed and paid project. * 10% to 15% if you manage the commercial process and help close the project. Please include: 1. Your country and the markets you cover. 2. Your B2B sales experience. 3. The industries you currently sell to. 4. Whether you already have an active client network. 5. Examples of services or products you have sold. 6. Whether you are interested in referrals, full sales-cycle management or both. This is intended as a non-exclusive long-term collaboration with the right commercial partners.
