I run a B2B consultancy and I’m ready to move past the limits of basic cold-calling. My immediate objective is to boost sales revenue, but I also want a repeatable, data-driven acquisition framework that keeps the pipeline full long after this project ends. Here’s what I need from you: • Audit our current cold-calling approach to pinpoint quick wins and gaps. • Design and document an end-to-end sales acquisition system—covering prospect research, outreach cadence, messaging, follow-up, and conversion tracking. • Introduce complementary channels (email sequences, event-driven networking, or others you recommend) and show how they integrate with the core process. • Build simple dashboards or reports so I can monitor leads, deal stages, and revenue impact in real time. • Train my small team so the system runs smoothly without constant external support. Acceptance criteria: the first 30 days should deliver a tested outreach playbook and a minimum 20 % lift in qualified meetings compared with our current baseline; the 60-day mark should show a clear uptick in closed revenue attributable to the new system. If you have a proven record scaling consultancy or other B2B services and can demonstrate past revenue lifts, let’s get started. You will be paid a fixed small amount, but your main payment would be commision based , which is 10% Example:- if you closed a client of contract of 2 lakhs , you cut is 20k (10%) Get us 10 - 2 lakhs contract in a months and you get - 2 lakhs (10%) as your commission
