Monthly AWS Server Maintenance Expert

I run several production workloads on AWS and I’m ready to bring on a dedicated professional on a monthly retainer to keep everything running smoothly. Your core focus will be three ongoing responsibilities: • Monitoring & troubleshooting – stay on top of system health, respond to alerts, and investigate performance anomalies before they escalate. • Security updates – apply patches promptly, close vulnerabilities, and make sure every change keeps us aligned with AWS best-practice security guidelines. • Resource optimization – review usage patterns, fine-tune instance sizes, tidy up idle resources, and deliver concise cost-saving recommendations. Day-to-day you’ll also lend direct support for our AWS Lambda functions, so familiarity with deploying, versioning, and debugging serverless code is essential. While EC2, S3, or RDS aren’t explicitly confirmed yet, the stack may expand, so versatility across core AWS services will be appreciated; experience with CloudFormation or Elastic Beanstalk would simply be a bonus we can tap into later. I value proactive communication, concise weekly status summaries, and clear hand-off documentation whenever there’s a change.
